Associates or Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant and / or Food Service preferred. Five (5) years progressive experience in production kitchen.
Must possess and maintain all licenses and certifications required by law. Sanitation certificate required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Valid MA drivers license with good driving record. Strong written and verbal skills required.
