Looking for an extremely motivated, high-energy team player to manage sales enablement projects. This role will manage multiple projects with differing timelines and objectives. The Project Manager will manage complex projects that enable the sales team to meet their selling goals. Using their variety of skills and gained knowledge, the Project Manager will help coordinate the workload and schedule of Strategic Enablement Leads and the Production Team to ensure projects are completed to specification and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Production Team and Strategic Enablement Leads with project preparation, planning, and weekly project reviews Orchestrate the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, procurement, and closure of all projects Initiate purchase orders, track project status, and manage project schedule Provide recommendations for improvement based on post-project reviews Define scope of work with input from Strategic Enablement Leads, Production Team, and Product Management Direct, manage, and monitor project execution as well as mitigate changes in scope Handle workflow architecture as well as task entry and changes Source and manage internal project management tools including time tracking software and other resources Gather and analyze relevant data and develop solutions to unique issues Ensure assigned team members meet obligations according to project plan Assists in design and delivery of various program and project communications, documentations and reports Schedules and attends meetings while coordinating logistics as necessary Interfaces with a variety of internal and external sources to gather information and prepare reports May answer non-routine questions or make recommendations Assists in financial related activities pertaining to programs and projects (e.g., budgets, invoicing, vouchers, purchase orders, etc.) Focuses on assigned work and may help with training, coordination and checking assignments Identifies and resolves problems and issues relating to program and project activities Guides employees to appropriate resources or escalates issues to appropriate levels of management as necessary Supports data analysis to ensure quality Utilizes various software applications to compile and prepare standard, complex and/or ad-hoc reports Administers various functional programs or projects Establishes, coordinates, and monitors activities associated with program and projects May oversee or conduct specialized research projects and present findings Performs other duties as required Provide strategic and effective internal leadership for all project phases Lead team members from project plan inception to close Utilize authority over project scope, communication, time, cost, resources, and team members in a manner that produces the best effort and product Communicate and coordinate work across all team functions OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement project Become intimately familiar with RSAs products, partners, services, markets, and competitors; and be able apply a solution selling strategy appropriately Work with the sales enablement team management to set the future direction of projects Must be able to define needs, communicate objectives, negotiate commitments, and otherwise influence the cooperative efforts of others to achieve defined objectives Work with internal and external resources to ensure the sales training project is delivering maximum value to our constituents Clearly represent and articulate sales enablements needs to various cross-functional teams Research and implement project management tools REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in business, education, marketing, or related area 3-5 years experience in program or project management; must have relevant experience managing multiple projects at a time with differing timelines Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Executive-level verbal and written communication skills Strong project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically Proficient in Office 365 Must be a team player PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with LMS and CMS platforms Familiarity with project management tools Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes & techniques is a plus PMP certified is a plus Prior sales enablement experience is a plus Minimum Level of Education: B.A. or B.S. is required 10% travel to surrounding areas is possible.
