We are seeking a Placement Coordinator to join our sales driven team. As a Placement Coordinator, you will research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. You will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how CareerDean could help organizations with their J-1 recruitment efforts, and successfully position CareerDeans value proposition.
Responsibilities:Work closely and collaboratively with CareerDeans Director to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategiesConduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.Proactively strategizes to expand our client baseHelp companies of all sizes realize the importance of Cultural Exchange.Review Intern/Trainee program applications for compliance with CareerDean program guidelines and U.S. Department of State regulations.Conduct vetting of U.S.-based host organizations. Schedule discovery meetings to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with CareerDean.Proactively identifies, cultivates, and close deals with potential organizations who will provide opportunities for interns/traineesCollect and enter prospecting information into Hubspot CRM systems daily and utilize Hubspot business development tracking methods.Maintain accurate data records on program applications, proposed training plans to host organizations.Collaborate the business development pipeline with the Director at CareerDean to reach sales goals.Manage relationship between the participant and host organization during participants program and facilitate any issues or problems with the training plan.Ability to provide excellent customer service for both host organizations and participants.Works in accordance with the mission, goals, values, and strategic direction of CareerDean InternationalRepresent other CareerDean programs as neededWere looking for someone with the following skills and abilities:Have a track record of high achievementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals and quotaStrong capacity to articulate industry-specific value proposition to address common vertical pain pointsAbility to comfortably and confidently represent organization in a professional manner in meetings, events, presentations and calls with various stakeholdersEffectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with supervisors, colleagues, external stakeholders and people of diverse backgroundsPrevious sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas is a plus (but not required)You will be a great fit if you:Have a strong desire for international affairsAre naturally curious and passionateCrave success and will stop at nothing short of excellenceHave a keenly developed competitive natureHave a \"one-speed\" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivationHave the ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.Have impeccable organizational skills and consider yourself a self-starterWant to be a key part of building something truly special Education And Experience RequiredBachelors Degree required
