Direct manager of a team of delivery consultants/implementation specialists in charge of implementing the RSA FRI solutions with customers.
Responsible for all aspects of people management, including recruiting, training, employee performance management and development.
Responsible for the success of the overall technical delivery of implementation projects and consulting engagements.
Oversee, establish and improve delivery governance, methodologies, best practices, procedures and other practice initiatives.
Serve as a technical/managerial liaison between the senior practice leadership and the consultants? team.
Act as a point of escalation and resolution for strategic projects/customers.
Identify pre-sales opportunities and oversee the team?s support of pre-sales opportunities.
Work closely with other internal stakeholders, including Customer Success and Customer Support, Sales and Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Operations etc. to ensure sales, delivery and customer success.
Stays abreast of RSA FRI product knowledge as well as current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor?s degree in computing technology related fields (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS)?
2-3 years of managing Professional Services or Customer Success teams.
3-5 years of consulting experience as a consultant or as a technical project manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to drive cross functional teams.
Experience working with global, emote, intercultural teams.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight time frames to meets deadlines.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-starting, proactive, motivated, team player.
Result orientated and customer focused.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues.
Effective at managing conflict and negotiating with stakeholders.
Occasional travel will be required.
