Senior Consultant with RSA, which is a part of the Dell Technologies family of brands, you will have end-to-end responsibility for delivery of RSA solutions to assigned customers. This role performs the function of lead architect and subject matter expert for customer-facing engagements. The RSA Senior Consultant must demonstrate deep understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures as well as expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology. RSA is looking for individuals who are comfortable taking accountability and are able to easily adapt to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate is a proven leader, customer focused, results driven, innovative, works well on a team, and acts with integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully responsible for end-to-end delivery of RSA Professional Services customer-facing engagements
  • Provides project leadership, domain-specific consultation and technical recommendations for the deployment of the RSA platform
  • Executes customer-facing consulting engagements including evaluating customer?s strategic business issues, requirements identification, business case justification and implementation of RSA use-cases
  • Analyzes customer requirements and leads requirements implementation
  • Creates proposals that address current and evolving client requirements; leads client presentations, data gathering and analysis activities
  • Participates, as needed, in pre-sales qualifications and delivers technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements
  • Works on one or more customer-facing engagements
  • Leads engagements with less experienced co-workers and supports through formal training and on-the-job mentoring; trains customer personnel as needed
  • Maintains effective time recording and management reports in accordance with published procedures
  • Represents Dell / RSA in a professional manner to customers, partners and other personal at all times
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience deploying the RSA platform
  • Minimum 5 years? experience delivering software or business consulting services
  • Expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM desired
  • Capable of leading RSA customer-facing engagements independently, understanding project goals and providing guidance to achieve goals
  • Experience leading others in a project setting; ability to motivate and rally a team is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated sound business and technical judgments
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
