The Talent Management Specialist is part of the corporate Executive Talent team whose work will enable a data-driven, proactive talent management strategy. This is a globally focused role and critical to executing executive succession planning and talent pipeline management across the company. The Talent Specialist will manage global talent planning processes that drive a perpetual succession planning culture. S/he will plan and lead all aspects of the annual succession planning ( HRR ) process and logistics. This work requires collaboration with the CEO s office and executive corporate and business leadership teams. Additionally, s/he will lead global processes such as talent assessment/calibration, succession planning, and talent pipelining. The Talent Specialist will improve current talent management tools and processes used by senior leadership to make decisions. Specifically, the Talent Specialist will improve current talent metrics and analytics to drive richer discussions and data-driven decisions. What will you do?
