Based in Bedford, MA, EnterpriseDB is backed by private investors. EnterpriseDB is seeking Inside Account Executives who will focus on developing and closing new business. Responsibilities: Hunt for new sales opportunities by following-up on inbound leads, cold calling into target prospects and existing clients. Grow pipeline to 3X pipeline to goal by possessing a hunter mentality. Proactively target new clients. Identify qualified prospects through intensive prospecting understanding client needs and how EnterpriseDB products and services can provide a solution. Team with Channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Aggressively and systematically move opportunities through the various sales stages to closure. Meticulously document all sales activities, notes and information in Salesforce.com. Ramp up quickly on products and services. Provide superior customer service and responsiveness. Work every day with focus and sense of urgency. Represent the company in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently each quarter. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of software sales experience with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals consistently. Meet and exceed ARR and IYB goals consistently each quarter. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). Detail oriented with an ability to follow a defined sales process. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred. Excellent time management skills and organizational skills. Bachelor of Science in Business or related field.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
