Rapidly growing software company is seeking a dynamic CPA with strong technical accounting and M&A experience. As a Senior Manager, this will be a highly visible role within the organization and own M&A / due diligence projects in addition to being involved with revenue support, stock compensation, and lease accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 7+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or Large Regional Audit and/or Advisory experience). MBA / MSA and CPA are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Own projects related to M&A / due diligence / business combination
  • Support revenue recognition (ASC 606) and transaction deal analysis
  • Manage equity administration / stock-based compensation?
  • Work closely with leadership team on various strategic projects around acquisition targets and technical accounting initiatives
  • Maintain controls and various budgets related to different business segments
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 7+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or Large Regional firm preferred)
  • CPA and/or Master's degree
  • Strong technical accounting and due diligence experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
