As a Customer Service AR Specialist at DataOne your responsibilities will include:

Monitor aged receivables and work with our customers to bring accounts current

Enter new contracts in accounting software and walk customers through autopay set-up

Handle customer inquiries about billing and payments and review and process refund requests

Process monthly billing, including running reports and processing adjustments and prepare monthly statements for management review

Ensure that all data input is consistent with company requirements

Perform other general administrative duties and projects

Meet all processing and reporting deadlines

Respond to all internal and external inquiries in a timely manner

Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers

Applicants should have the following qualities/abilities:

Exhibit strong customer service skills and a positive outlook

Good organizational skills

Excellent intrapersonal communication skills with customers and internally

Be process and detail oriented

A positive attitude

Proactive and competent at managing own time

A high level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook or Google Calendar
