We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our SCO Team!
Under the general direction of the SCO Clinical Operations Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant II provides administrative & clerical support for the SCO Care Management department. As administrative support for the nurses, tasks include contacting Primary Care Provider offices and other SCO Providers.
- Supporting the department and departmental nurses with data entry, answering phones,
- Some filing and faxing
- Assembling packets for mailings
- Performing other special projects as assigned
- 1+ Years experience Administrative skills
- Experience working at a Health Plan
- Healthcare experience
- Great technical skills and typing skills
- Professional and reliable
- Great Organization
- Team player, works well in fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
