Job Description:SmartSource is seeking (4) Support Technicians for a 3-month project located in Lynn, MA. The estimated start date is 10/7 or sooner. This is a Windows 10 rollout of roughly 1400 users in this location. This will all be scripted and led by the customer. We need individuals that have a couple of years experiences in the IT field that can follow direction and provide scripted IT support. Responsibilities include: Imaging (automated process) Data backup (automated process) Deploy unit to end user Recover asset
Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years experience working in the IT Field Minimum 1-2 years experience troubleshooting hardware issues on desktops, laptops and tablets Minimum 1-2 years experience troubleshooting software internal and external on Windows based platforms (Windows 7 and Windows 10) Imaging experience is a plus Can work independently with very little oversight Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
