LICENSED CLINICIANS (mobile community positions) The Edinburg Center seeking a Licensed Clinicians within our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) services group. This a FULL-TIME position working Tuesday -Saturday 11a-7p/10a-6p. It is a mobile position providing service to the communities surrounding Bedford, MA. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and providing recovery-oriented, evidence-based and trauma-informed clinical services to Persons Served. Maintains a caseload of Persons Served receiving Integrated Team services. Leads the screening, assessment, and treatment plan development and review process. Assigns and oversees the conducting of assessments, treatment planning and provision by primary team members. Conducts screenings and assessments and delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan. Provides modeling and clinical supervision for direct care staff. Provides on-call clinical coverage. Qualifications: Masters degree in relevant clinical field plus Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC), required. One year of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders required. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery-oriented services to Persons Served with major mental illness preferred. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care strongly preferred. Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing, First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required.
