This role will work with the Presidents Office, Office of the Trustees, Office of the Board of Advisors, Presidents Senior Management Team and University Advancement Development Officers, to plan and execute cultivation, recognition, and stewardship events.QualificationsBasic Required Experience:3+ years (Assistant Director Level) or 5-7 years (Associate Director Level) experience in event planning or related relevant experienceBachelors DegreeProficient in Microsoft Office as well as in managing budgets utilizing PeopleSoft or a similar software; knowledge of audio-visual components.Possess skills in exercising initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgement with an ability to problem solve and make decisions in stressful situations.
